How can healing sessions work over the phone or video?
It’s a great question—and one that’s backed by both physics and decades of practitioner experience. While it may seem unusual, energy healing doesn’t require physical proximity. That’s because everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made up of energy. According to quantum physics, we are all connected through a field of energy and information often referred to as the quantum field. Studies in quantum entanglement show that particles can affect each other instantly, even when separated by vast distances. Similarly, energy healing works through this interconnected field—allowing the body’s energetic and subconscious systems to be accessed from anywhere. The connection during a session has nothing to do with the phone or video—it’s not about the technology. It’s our mutual intention to do the work together that allows the session to unfold. Whether you're across town or across the world, your body responds in real time—because energetically, there is no true separation between us.
How do you know you’re really connected to me during a session?
It’s actually something I feel right away. As soon as I set the intention to connect with you, there’s usually a strong physical sensation—like a wave or a full-body shiver—that lets me know we’re tuned in. It’s my signal that your energy and subconscious are ready to work together. It’s something I experience consistently with each session, whether we’re working by phone, video, or even across time zones.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked—how do I know this will be different?
I totally get this worry. Many of my clients come to me after trying so many things without lasting relief. While no practitioner (of any method) can guarantee specific results, what I can promise is that we’ll identify and release the emotional and energetic blocks your body is ready to let go of. I can feel the energy shift in my own body during sessions—there’s always movement. Many of my more sensitive clients notice tingles, pulsing, or warmth. Some experience physical signs of release like yawning or their eyes watering. These are common signs that stuck energy is finally moving. Clients often describe feeling lighter, more peaceful, and sometimes notice a significant reduction in pain right away. For others, the body continues to integrate the work over a few days. Some people experience a profound shift in one session, while chronic or long-standing symptoms may require a few sessions to fully unwind.
Do I have to feel the emotions or know what they’re about for this to work?
Not at all. In fact, about 95% of sessions don’t involve feeling any strong emotions during the session itself. Most people experience energy moving in more subtle ways—like tingling, warmth, lightness, yawning, or other physical sensations—as the trapped emotions or imbalances are released. If any emotion does come up, it's usually gentle and more likely to surface in the days following a session as your body completes the processing. Rest and plenty of water afterward usually make integration smooth and easy.
How do I know this is real and not just woo-woo?
I totally get that question—I had it too. When I first found this modality, I had already studied many healing methods but hadn’t seen enough tangible results. So I asked the Universe to show me real change if this was something truly worth pursuing. The very first emotion I released was terror. I didn’t feel anything in the moment and honestly wasn’t even sure I had done it right. I went straight out for a hike afterward—before I knew how important it is to rest and hydrate after a session. About 30 minutes in, I suddenly felt afraid—not full-blown terror, but definite fear. It was confusing at first. Then I checked in and realized: Oh… that’s the terror. And it hit me—this actually works. A couple of days later, I released nervousness. Again, I didn’t feel anything while releasing it. But the next day—and for days after—I noticed I wasn’t nervous. Normally, I would’ve been, because I was about to lead an inner child workshop. Even though I always prepared well and got great feedback, I used to feel so uncomfortably nervous that I couldn’t enjoy the experience. But this time, the nervousness was simply gone. And honestly, it hasn’t come back. So yes, I needed proof too. And I got it—not just intellectually, but through real, lasting changes I could feel. And I’ll add this: I credit the Body Code with giving me my life back. I used to suffer from debilitating PMS pain—about 7 days a month where I could hardly function. Within just a few sessions, 90% of that pain was gone. The last 10% cleared up once I added stress and hormonal support. That’s how powerful this work can be.

I’m a certified Body Code practitioner and have been working full-time with clients since 2018. I’m also certified in the Emotion Code and Belief Code—together, these form a complete healing system designed to address pain at its physical, emotional, and energetic roots.
I hold a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition and have spent over 25 years studying wellness and the mind-body connection. As a lifelong athlete and dedicated rock climber, I know what it takes to care for a body—whether you're highly active or simply trying to get through the day without pain.
I'm in my 40's, and I feel as strong and capable as ever—even after a devastating ankle injury from a climbing fall. I’ve learned how to support the body’s innate ability to heal, and I bring that wisdom into every session.
